With raw pace and determination, Matteo Romeo is emerging as a Canadian karting star. Fueled by passion and precision, he proves he’s more than just a competitor, he's a champion in the making.

In just his second race, young Matteo captured his first trophy with a 5th-place finish at the CKNA Winter Nationals in Jacksonville, Florida in January 2025.

Throughout his rookie season, Matteo secured five victories at Waterloo Regional Kart Club, claimed wins and podiums in the Mini Cadet class at the KartStars, qualified P1 at the KartStars Canadian Nationals and final KartStars event of the year. His rookie year was capped with a win at the biggest 4 cycle race in North America: the CKNA Grand Nationals in Indianapolis.

For 2026 Matteo looks to continue to build on 2025 successes and add another National title to his resume.
